Those are the Schwalbe Super Swans 700x35 (same as Rocket Rons, I believe) They are pretty light at 305g. The set that came with my bike are more aggressive and can the handle mud and sand when I need them, but they are slow on hard pack and pavement. The tires would be a second set of tires for me mounted on much lighter rims that I'd use for the conditions listed above. I've also looked at Vittoria's Cross XN Pros at 150TPI, 700x31 and 350g but I'm not sure they have any flat protection either. The X'Plor come either in 60 TPI or 120TPI.

The Sammy's are 360g so similar in weight to the LAS but at a much lower TPI of 67. I also like the Sammy Slicks especially with the flat protection but, like the X'Plor USH, they only come in 700x35 not 33 like the LAS. I sort of like the X'Plor but they seem more commuter oriented than the LAS and are a lot heavier at 450g. The Clement LAS seem to do well as I have them on my current bike, but they don't have any type of flat protection and I've already dealt with one puncture since getting them last summer.

Looking for a light, high TPI, file tread cyclocross tire that will be fast on crushed limestone, pavement, and only occasionally have to deal with maybe some wet or slightly muddy sections of trail and light gravel roads.
